Activate Conversation with a Contact from the List

The Contact Lists application allows you to easily activate a conversation with any contact directly from the list. This feature streamlines communication and enhances your workflow by reducing the steps needed to initiate contact.

Follow these steps to activate a conversation:

Open the Contact Lists application on your dashboard.

Navigate to the specific list where your contact is located.

Find the contact you wish to engage with.

Click on the conversation icon next to their name.

A new chat window will open, allowing you to start the conversation immediately.


This method ensures quick access to your contacts and efficient communication within the system.
