Assigning a Conversation as a Favorite

Assigning a conversation as a favorite allows the user to keep all communications that hold a certain level of importance in a folder, making them easily accessible when needed.

To assign a conversation as a favorite, you should:

Go to Communication Sending.




Access the conversation you wish to use.




Press the Favorites button.




If the user wants to search for a conversation that has been previously assigned as a favorite, they should:

Enter the Communication Sending tool.




Click on Favorites.
