Save a Contact List as a Template

To simplify the management of your contact lists, DANAconnect allows you to save a contact list as a template. This feature is particularly useful when you need to create similar lists in the future without starting from scratch.

Steps to save a contact list as a template:



Access the Contact Lists section: Go to the "Contact Lists" area from your main dashboard.
Select the list to save as a template: Choose the contact list you want to use as the basis for your template.
Click on "Save as Template": Look for the option to save the list as a template, usually located in the list's settings or options menu.
Name your template: Give your template a descriptive name that will help you identify it later.
Save the template: Once you've named the template, save it. It will now be available for future use when creating new contact lists.

Using templates can save time and ensure consistency across your contact lists.
