Timer Nodes Configurations

Articles on: Conversations Manager

DANAconnect users have access to a node called "Timer," which allows them to set waiting times between actions in a workflow. This node is useful for controlling the timing of messages and ensuring that communications are sent at the most appropriate moments.

How to configure Timer nodes:

Access the workflow editor: From your dashboard, open the workflow where you want to add or configure a Timer node.

Add the Timer node: Drag and drop the Timer node into the desired position within your workflow.

Set the waiting time: Configure the amount of time the workflow should wait before proceeding to the next action. You can specify hours, days, or even weeks depending on your needs.

Save your configuration: Once you've set the appropriate waiting time, save the changes to your workflow.

Using Timer nodes effectively allows for better control over the timing of your communications, ensuring messages are sent when they are most likely to be effective.
